Day 1

Arrive. Exhale. Begin.
Welcome to your home in Bali. Ease into the retreat with a traditional water cleansing ceremony, nourishing meals, time to settle into your surroundings, and a warm welcome circle designed to help you feel at home from the very first evening.
Day 2

Reconnect with Yourself
Begin the day with yoga, breathwork, and a nourishing breakfast before immersing yourself in a guided visualisation and intuitive painting experience. As the afternoon unfolds, enjoy time to rest, book a private consultation or massage, or simply slow down. End the day with waterfalls, a peaceful sunset rice field walk, sound healing, and dinner beneath the Balinese sky.
Day 3

Root Yourself in Bali
Experience the spiritual heart of Bali with a visit to a sacred water temple, followed by breakfast at a beautiful local café. The afternoon invites gentle creativity through kombucha and coconut yogurt workshops, journaling, and quiet reflection before ending the day with evening yoga and a nourishing dinner.
Day 4

Create, Connect, and Restore
Move through the morning with yoga, meditation, and pottery before giving yourself permission to rest. Whether you choose a massage, a swim, a private consultation, or simply a quiet afternoon, the day gently unfolds before meeting a local Balinese priest and healer, followed by a peaceful sunset walk and dinner.
Day 5

Return Home, Renewed
Begin your final day with movement, guided visualisation, and journaling before enjoying one last afternoon of complete freedom. Gather together for a closing community circle, celebrate the friendships you’ve made, and watch one final Bali sunset before sharing your farewell dinner.

As a certified nutrition and health coach, yoga teacher, and Ayurveda practitioner, I’ve spent years helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, nourishment, mindfulness, and self-reflection. This retreat brings together everything I love most: the wisdom of yoga, the grounding principles of Ayurveda, the healing beauty of Bali, and the power of meaningful human connection.

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most dietary requirements can be catered for.
Can I come alone?
Yes—and many of the guests do. The retreat is intentionally designed to create a warm, welcoming environment where meaningful friendships naturally develop
What airport do I fly into?
Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. Airport transfers are included and full arrival information will be sent before the retreat.
How many people will attend?
