Hello everyone, I am Divyangana Choudhary
I began my career as a lawyer before gradually transitioning into a practicing Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, now based in Bali. This transformation unfolded over three years, during which I completed 1,750 hours of Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, earned a certification in Ayurveda, and graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
This career shift was deeply influenced by my own health struggles. While working as a lawyer, I experienced chronic gut issues and persistent fatigue. The conventional treatments I was prescribed did not provide lasting relief. Over time, I developed multiple food intolerances, and my diet and lifestyle became increasingly restrictive.
As I began my journey toward healing, I discovered a genuine passion for health and wellness. Through my formal education and immersive teacher training programs, I gained both knowledge and practical tools that helped me restore my energy, improve my tolerance to foods, better understand my body, and reconnect with a sense of joy.
Today, I am deeply passionate about teaching and health coaching to support others who may be navigating similar challenges. My approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern science, delivered in a way that is accessible, relatable, and practical—so that more people can lead healthier, happier lives.
Chronic diseases now account for nearly 74% of global deaths, according to the World Health Organisation. A significant proportion of these conditions — including diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, IBS, metabolic syndrome, and stress-related illness — are closely linked to hormonal imbalance and gut dysfunction. These conditions not only affect long-term health outcomes but also directly impact your daily life through fatigue, burnout, brain fog, and reduced vitality.
Many of these conditions are rooted in Gut dysfunction and Hormonal imbalance.

My goal?
To help you understand your biology and restore balance through personalised, sustainable strategies.
This is how we support you on this journey:
Connecting gut health, hormones, metabolism & nervous system:
I connect the dots between gut health, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and metabolic function — because the body operates as an integrated system, not in isolation.
Identifying root causes — not just managing symptoms
I focus on identifying root causes rather than simply prescribing a “diet plan.” Symptoms are signals, and they deserve deeper investigation.
Hence taking a look at these root causes is important.
Exploring why nutrients aren’t being absorbed properly
If your body is not absorbing nutrients effectively, we explore why — instead of merely increasing fibre or protein intake without context.
Provide personalised guidance tailored to individual needs integrating Evidence-based education with Traditional Eastern wisdom
Drawing from Traditional Eastern medicinal wisdom alongside evidence-based education, I guide you through lifestyle practices that help restore balance and support long-term vitality.
Ultimately, I empower you to understand your own biology. Through personalised, evidence-informed guidance, I help you move your body back toward balance in a sustainable and strategic way.

Frequently asked questions
Hello!
This would depend on what your Health and Wellness Goals are and what the extent of your condition is. Depending on the extent of your Health concern, it might take us lesser or more time to be able to see the change we so desire.
If you would like us to assess this and recommend which plan would be more appropriate for you, you could book a ‘Free Introductory Call’ with us.
So after you chooses a plan, select a date for your first Consultation and make the payment for the program, we will have our ‘first Consultation’ on your chosen appointment date.
After the first appointment, we will be sending you options for dates for the rest of your consultations, after confirming the dates that work for both of us, we will go ahead and reserve your slots on those dates.
This really depends on how well equipped you feel to be able to apply those dietary changes.
There might be more factors other than just your diet that are causing a hinderance in your health and wellness journey. If you feel like this is the case with you, you could always work with a dietician AND a Health Coach to have a more holistic approach.
While trying to help yourself and better your health is one of the best contributions we can give to our family, we also do understand that there might be some practical challenges you may face to be able to make the required changes for your health while also catering to your family’s needs.
Hence what the “Partner Consultations” allows us to do is, have the health history of both you and your partner (or any family member/friend you live with) the recommendations that we give from thereon will be keeping both of you in mind, so that the changes can be made a little more easily.
We will also have one combined consultation where we could discuss how you could support each other on this Health and Wellness journey.
You also have the added benefit of a reduced price (for two) on the “One month” and “Three months” program.
I have graduated as a Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
I have done a 5 month (1,750 hours) of residential Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Isha Hatha Yoga School.
I also have a Bachelors degree in Law.
