Hello everyone, I am Divyangana Choudhary
Like many professionals, I spent years chasing ambitious goals—graduating from law school, preparing for competitive exams, and building a career in law. Along the way, I began experiencing fluctuating energy levels and persistent gut health issues. It was through my own search for answers that I discovered something that would completely change the direction of my life: true health isn’t built through nutrition alone—it begins with a regulated nervous system, a healthy gut, and learning to work with your body rather than against it.
That journey led me to immerse myself in the study of yoga, Ayurveda, and integrative nutrition. After completing a five-month residential yoga teacher training in an ashram and earning certifications in integrative nutrition and hormone and gut health, I found my life’s work.
Today, my passion is to help people reconnect with their health in a way that feels sustainable, compassionate, and deeply personal. Through evidence-informed nutrition, the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, lifestyle coaching, and restorative experiences, I create spaces where people can slow down, understand their unique bodies, and build habits that support lasting well-being—not just for a few weeks, but for life.

My goal?
Many chronic conditions – diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, IBS, metabolic syndrome, and stress-related illness — are closely linked to hormonal imbalance, gut dysfunction, and Vikriti (Constitution imbalance as per Ayurveda).
My goal is to help you understand your biology and restore balance through personalised, sustainable strategies.
The steps we will take together:
Connecting gut health, hormones, metabolism & nervous system:
I connect the dots between gut health, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and metabolic function — because the body operates as an integrated system, not in isolation.
Identifying root causes — not just managing symptoms
I focus on identifying root causes rather than simply prescribing a “diet plan.” Symptoms are signals, and they deserve deeper investigation.
Hence taking a look at these root causes is important.
Exploring why nutrients aren’t being absorbed properly
If your body is not absorbing nutrients effectively, we explore why — instead of merely increasing fibre or protein intake without context.
Provide personalised guidance tailored to individual needs integrating Evidence-based education with Traditional Eastern wisdom
Drawing from Traditional Eastern medicinal wisdom alongside evidence-based education, I guide you through lifestyle practices that help restore balance and support long-term vitality.
Ultimately, I empower you to understand your own biology. Through personalised, evidence-informed guidance, I help you move your body back toward balance in a sustainable and strategic way.

Frequently asked questions
While there are many valuable resources available online to educate yourself on health-related topics—and self-education is certainly encouraged—working with a Certified Health Coach offers distinct advantages:
1. Comprehensive, Root-Cause Perspective
Human biology is highly complex and interconnected. Identifying the potential root cause of a health concern requires evaluating multiple systems and contributing factors. This process can be time-consuming, requires in-depth understanding, and may feel overwhelming—especially when you are already navigating symptoms or stress related to your health.
2. Practical Implementation & Organization
Restoring health often involves consistent adjustments in nutrition, daily routines, and lifestyle habits. I help streamline this process by organizing and structuring these changes in a practical, manageable way—reducing decision fatigue and easing the burden on you.
3. Personalized Analysis & Strategic Guidance
Together, we assess your current dietary patterns, lifestyle habits, and potential triggers contributing to your concerns. Where appropriate, I may also suggest relevant testing to provide clearer parameters, allowing us to create a more informed and strategic plan of action.
4. Whole-Life Approach to Wellness
Vibrant health is not achieved through diet and supplements alone. It requires attention to stress levels, sleep quality, movement, emotional well-being, and overall lifestyle balance. My role is to support you in strengthening these interconnected areas so that your health improvements are sustainable and comprehensive.
Ultimately, you can view me as a partner in your wellness journey—someone who supports you, simplifies the process, and helps ease the load in one important area of your life so you can step more fully into your healthiest, most empowered self.
This really depends on how well equipped you feel to be able to apply those dietary changes.
There might be more factors other than just your diet that are causing a hinderance in your health and wellness journey. If you feel like this is the case with you, you could view me as a partner in your wellness journey—someone who supports you, simplifies the process, and helps ease the load in one important area of your life so you can step more fully into your healthiest, most empowered self.
