Hello everyone, I am Divyangana Choudhary.
I started my career as a Lawyer and slowly transitioned to a practicing Health Coach now, living in Bali.
This change took me around 3 years. In these 3 years I did my 1,750 Hours of Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, a certification in Ayurveda and Graduated as a Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
The career transition was mainly prompted by my own health struggles. I was experiencing chronic gut issues and fatigue when I was working as a Lawyer.
The conventional medicines that I was being given for these issues were not helping me. I had developed an intolerance to many foods and was slowly beginning to have a very restrictive diet and lifestyle.
As I started my journey of helping myself get better , I realised I had a keen interest in Health and Wellness.
With the knowledge I gained from my course and the various wellness practices I learnt through my teacher training courses I was able to help myself feel energetic, have a higher tolerance to different foods, understand my body better and feel more joyful.
I now carry a strong passion for teaching and Health Coaching to be help others who may also be struggling with their health.

Chronic diseases affect 1 in 3 adults worldwide. So many chronic diseases and health issues that are on the rise in today’s world can easily be avoided and their risk factors can be reduced by taking care of some basic dietary and lifestyle practices.

Have you ever noticed the meals and activities that make you feel more energised and satisfied might be different than what someone else might find satisfying and energising (of course I am not referring to processed foods like sweet treats or ‘junk’ foods), but even in the list of healthy foods we may not all respond the same way to all foods. Similarly, depending on your mental, emotional and hormonal balance the physical activities that make you feel good and energised could be very different from what could work for another.
In a world where we are constantly comparing ourselves to others it can be easy to not pay attention to your bio-individual needs. We help you value your body’s intuition and unique Bio-individual needs.
Help you identify some common root-causes for majority of health concerns:
In most cases the health and wellness concern or condition is usually just a “Symptom” of the ‘Actual cause’. Our diet, lifestyle (meal times, sleep pattern, physical activity), family life, work life that shape our mental and emotional state, ALL of these and much more TOGETHER shape our health.
Hence taking a look at these root causes is important.
Incorporating Dietary and Lifestyle changes in a sustainable manner:
A sustainable change is one which is reasonable. Remember the idiom “Slow and steady wins the race”?
Once we analyse our bio-individual needs, pay close attention to the root cause of our concerns, it is now time to start applying those changes, but in a manner which is not going to be too overwhelming or result in a restrictive life. Together we can try to find the best sustainable solution.
Providing you a safe space:
We may have such different emotional and mental roadblocks that may be causing us to not succeed on our health and wellness journey. We would love to support you by providing that safe space to be your sounding board, to help you be kind to yourself and help you overcome these by making easy and small shifts.

Going through published research references related to the changes we would like to make can be a strong motivating factor to be able to make the shift.
Holding you accountable and gently nudging you towards consistency:
How many Health and Wellness related New Year’s resolutions have we made? How many times have we promised ourselves that we are going to start a particular healthy activity from the coming week? And how many times are we left feeling disheartened and disappointed for not following through?
Achieving small wins on your health journey keeps you motivated to stay on course towards your Health Goals, hence it is very important to set reasonable goals to start with, so that you don’t set yourself up for disappointment.

This would depend on what your Health and Wellness Goals are and what the extent of your condition is. Depending on the extent of your Health concern, it might take us lesser or more time to be able to see the change we so desire.
If you would like us to assess this and recommend which plan would be more appropriate for you, you could book a ‘Free Introductory Call’ with us.
So after you chooses a plan, select a date for your first Consultation and make the payment for the program, we will have our ‘first Consultation’ on your chosen appointment date.
After the first appointment, we will be sending you options for dates for the rest of your consultations, after confirming the dates that work for both of us, we will go ahead and reserve your slots on those dates.
This really depends on how well equipped you feel to be able to apply those dietary changes.
There might be more factors other than just your diet that are causing a hinderance in your health and wellness journey. If you feel like this is the case with you, you could always work with a dietician AND a Health Coach to have a more holistic approach.
While trying to help yourself and better your health is one of the best contributions we can give to our family, we also do understand that there might be some practical challenges you may face to be able to make the required changes for your health while also catering to your family’s needs.
Hence what the “Partner Consultations” allows us to do is, have the health history of both you and your partner (or any family member/friend you live with) the recommendations that we give from thereon will be keeping both of you in mind, so that the changes can be made a little more easily.
We will also have one combined consultation where we could discuss how you could support each other on this Health and Wellness journey.
